GW series mains frequency coreless induction melting furnace  
Application:
This series medium frequency vacuum induction melting furnaces are batch type furnaces , Fruances have proved to be particularly auitable for melting and casting of special steel,high temperature alloys and precision alloys under vacuum or protective atmosphere . Furaces can also be used for precision casting of machine parts under vacuum.
  
Construction:
  This series furnaces are the vertical vacuum furnaces escept that model ZG-3 is the horizontal vacuum furnacws.
This furnace mainly consists of furnace body , support, inductor, furnace tilting machine, vacuum system and electrical control sysytem.
Furnace body and cover all have water-cooled jacket. the alloy loader,sight port and thermocouple device are mounded on the furnace. Model ZG-150 and ZG-500 also mound up the sampling faciliti\es and rod.The inductor is screwed up by the special section copper tubes The crucible revolution is operated with manval or electric when casting .Model ZG-150 furnace is operated with tilting furnace body in order to cast.
Vacuum system consists of oil booster pump,mechanical pump,trap and various control valves.
Medinm frequency power supply of electric equipment should all adopt the converter set to supply electricity except that Model ZG-3 should select SCR medium frequency installation.
