High Temperature Mesh Belt Converyor Heat Treatment Furnace 		 
Application:
   RW series high temperature mesh belt converyor heat treatment furnace is an escellent continuous resistance furnace with protactive atmosphere.It is mainly used for annealing ,sintering ,bra-zing and solution heat treating of small sheet parts .
The type of furnce is widely used for surface brighting of wrist watch and tableware ,It has a great production capacity and the treated parts hardly get out of shape .
Construction:
  The high temperature mesh belt converyor heat treatment furnace has a lightweight structure.Its length of heating and cooling zone can alter arbitrarily.It consists of converyor.heating muffle,heating elements,connector,cooling zone.flame hood.metal mesh belt and ammonia dissociator.
The maesh belt is built with refracetory high-strength material.Its speed can be adjusted by thyristor KC regulator according to User's request of heat treatment process.
Workpieces enter into the heating muffle which is equipped in the furnace chamber,then come the cooling is zone by the mesh belt converyor.The cooling zone is composed of a cooling muffle and two cooling bushes whice have many water baffles,the rate of flow is controlled by regulating valve.
Protactive atmosphere is introduced into furnace and a flame igniter with a regulator is set in the discharge mouth,to ensure operating safety and high quality of treated parts.
