APPLICATION:
This electric furnace is mainly used for bright annealing for ferrous or nonferrous metals in the shape of wire or strip.
Construction:
The plant is made up of two furnace basements.a heating cover .a cooling cover .two vaccum pots and vaccum air feed systems.
The furnace that is equipped with large capacity centrifugal heat flow fans and. vaccum air feed systems may reach satisfactory temperature uniformity.smaller protective atmosphere consumption and also obtain ideal annealing trchnology , this equipment may enormously shorten annealing time and incease productivity. |
