Box Type Electric Resistance Furnace 		 
Application:
   This series 950/1200℃ box type electric resistance furnace is batch type and is used for heat treatment of metallic machine parts and alloy steel machine pars in air
Construction:
  This RX3 series furnace consists of casing,lining.heating elements,door and control.The lining is built with 0.6over lightweight refractory brick and refractory fibre.The heating element is screwed up by high resistance alloy weres and installed on the bearth's two sides.the rear wall of the furnace bottom and the furnace door.The heated work pieces are place on the furnace hearth plate inside the chamber.The door lift is operated with manual sprocket wheel or mechanical transport.On top of the furnace door is prowvided with a position swith .The furnace door opened,power supply is immdeiately cut off on ensure operator's safety.Two thermaocouples put on top of the furnace.One is used for testing furnace temperature,the other is used for over heating protection.
