Construction:
  The furnace consists of casing ,linging,heating elements ,door,car-bottom and control cabinet.The car-bottom can be moved.Loading and unloading are easy and labor force can be reduced.
  A new type of automatic seal between furnace body .and car-bottom is ensurde to uniformize temperature.The lining is built with 0.6 furebricks The beating elements are screwed up by high resistance anlloy wires,and installed on the supporting bricks of lining and car-bottom.Machine transporter with a electric interlock is uwed for lifting the furnace door and moving the car-bottom in and out.Therefractory cast steel is used for furnace hearth plate .Two thermocouples are put on the top of furnace.One is for testing.furnacetemperature.the other is for over heating protection.
